More Sellers Tired of Waiting, Bring Cash to Closing.

In speaking to some title company closers, I am being told that there are now more sellers that have tired of waiting for market values to go up. They are selling at market value today and bringing cash to closing. They are getting on with their lives and making he moves they want or need to make. Those moving up in value, figure they are saving a greater amount on the home they are going to purchase. They are also looking to take advantage of the current very low interest rates. Some are moving to rentals for the time it takes to find the next right home. By having their home sold they are ready to act on the home of their choice when it hits the market. Anecdotally the average amount brought to closing is ten to fifteen thousand with some bringing as much as fifty thousand.
