Professional Background

Jerry has an extensive background in the corporate environment as a CIO Chief Information Officier in the manufacturing distribution industries. During his career in the manufacturing distribution enviornment Jerry spent a number of years consulting with corporate management conducting strategic planning for the companies information technology direction.

Since entering into real estate, Jerry considers his role as a real estate agent some the same as his consulting background, consulting with clients to match their criteria in there dream home.  While working with clients, Jerry will assist in meeting  goals to his buyers whether it is defining what the selection criteria is to referring other professionals from mortgage thru and after the sale with handyman, painters etc.

For sellers Jerry has good knowledge of the market and how to market a home in todays enviornment with his technology background.  His marketing plan is excellent. and agressive.  For every home Jerry markets he has intitial staging incorporated into his marketing plan to present the home in its best light.

Personal Background

Jerry grew up south of the Twin Cities in a rural area. With my farming experience continues with the flower gardens each year.  He has 2 older brothers who also have moved to the Minneapolis area.

Jerry is single and devotes much of his life to his Minneapolis Real Estate business assisting home buyers and sellers meeting their personal goals. 

Since moving to Minneapolis, Jerry has lived in several comunities of Apple valley, Plymouth, Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, , and now resides in Edina.  Having lived and worked in the Minneapolis and surrounding ares Jerry participates in many community activities including golf, and his Harley. 

He loves to tell the story of when he was 14 he took his fathers lawn mower apart and put the engine on his bicycle to have his first motorcycle.
