How Do I claim the 1st Time Home Buyer Tax Credit?

In the last couple years, many buyers took advantage of the opportunity to puchase a first home and recieve the 1st time home buyer tax credit. Now they may be asking; "how do I claim the credit?" The best way to figure that out, is to talk to you tax preparer, but I've attached a copy of the federal tax form that addresses how to claim the tax credit. Additionally, I've included a link to the Wisconsin Homebuyer.org web site that'll answer most any other questions you may have.
