I love spending time with my family doing just about anything. I'm always happy when I'm outside in the sun either on the tennis court, in the back yard or pool, on the lake, golf course, and really just about anywhere as long as I'm hanging out with the people I love. Personal Background

I was born and raised in Minneapolis and have lived in Robbinsdale, Plymouth and Minneapolis. I graduated from Armstrong High School where I ran played hockey, tennis, and ran cross country. I continued playing tennis at St. John's University where I majored in Business Management, and minored in coaching. I taught tennis in the summers throughout college which afforded me a semester of studying in Ireland and traveling the United Kingdom and Europe. After college I was a private tennis coach and nanny in Naples Florida before coming home to pursue my real estate career and propose to my beautiful wife Kate who I fell in love with while studying abroad in Ireland. Kate and I have lived in Robbinsdale, the Bryn Mawr neighborhood of South Minneapolis and now live with our Golden Doodles and two boys in Wayzata, Minnesota.

As a short sale and foreclosure specialist I am able to help home-owners avoid foreclosure and advise them on the positives and negative implications that a short sale will have on their ability to purchase another home in the future.

It feels really good when I can help home owners and home buyers purchase and sell there home through a process known as a short sale. A successful short sale can result in a home owner avoiding foreclosure and a homebuyer purchasing a home that is substantially below market value.

In 2010 I was Real Living Main Street Realty's Top Producer and have maintained a 100% premier service satisfaction rating. I was nationally recognized for units sold in 2010 and am on the same great pace for 2011.

I enjoy the challenge of discovering more ways to uncover the non-mls investment opportunities to keep my investor clients busy and wealthy. I am committed to finding new ways to get incredible real estate values under contract for my investor clients. Working with builders, contractors and investors and helping them learn more about the benefits of building green and using eco friendly materials gives me great satisfaction.
