Recycling Program expands in Plymouth to include Cartons

Plymouth's recycling program has expanded to include such things as milk cartons, juice boxes and cartons used for soups and broth. Cartons need to be rinsed and the twist -off caps removed prior to placing them in the recycle bins.  Waste Management, the city's recycling contractor, separates the cartons from other recyclables.
