New figures are in for the area median income of the region and as such, the City of Woodbury HRA has adjusted its income limits on our loan programs accordingly. The limits are up slightly from what we’ve seen previously. The program guidelines for both the Woodbury Foreclosure Purchase Program and the Woodbury First-Time Homeownership Program are attached.

Did you know Washington County moved it's household hazardous waste drop off site?
The new Enviornmental Center is located in Woodbury at: 4039 Cottage Grove Drive just 4 miles south of I-94.
They are open Tuesdays Noon-7 p.m., Thursdays 9-2 p.m. and Saturdays 9-2 p.m.
They accept items you can't throw in your regular garbage such as: Hazardous materials (paint, insect spray, oil, etc.)
