New figures are in for the area median income of the region and as such, the City of Woodbury HRA has adjusted its income limits on our loan programs accordingly. The limits are up slightly from what we’ve seen previously. The program guidelines for both the Woodbury Foreclosure Purchase Program and the Woodbury First-Time Homeownership Program are attached.

The new Enviornmental Center is located in Woodbury at: 4039 Cottage Grove Drive just 4 miles south of I-94.
They are open Tuesdays Noon-7 p.m., Thursdays 9-2 p.m. and Saturdays 9-2 p.m.

The Kawohl Team would like to thank all those who braved the cold yesterday and attended the first annual Easter egg hunts at Season's Park and Lakeview Knolls Parks in Woodbury. It was adorable watching little ones bundled up carrying Easter baskets, finding eggs in the snow and meeting the Easter bunny!

Warm temperatures have forced the city of Woodbury to close its outdoor skating rinks and warming houses.
According to the city's website, the recent warm-up have made the ice unfit for skating. The city suspects that proper ice will not form for several days.
Wes Bolin, Woodbury High Social Studies teacher and Ann Vogel, Royal Oaks elementary first grade teacher are both in the running for top teacher award.
Education Minnesota, the statewide teachers union, organizes this annual contest.
Teachers are nominated for Minnesota Teacher of the Year by other teachers, students and community members.
