Increased income limits on Woodbury loan programs

New figures are in for the area median income of the region and as such, the City of Woodbury HRA has adjusted its income limits on our loan programs accordingly. The limits are up slightly from what we’ve seen previously. Woodbury Foreclosure Purchase Program - Up to $25K!

The City of Woodbury, in partnership with the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation (GMHC), has made down payment and closing cost assistance loans available to encourage the purchase of foreclosed properties in the City of Woodbury.
