The career choice to be a part of the real estate industry was a simple one for me. It was actually more of an attraction. I found it to be the most exciting way to utilize my marketing degree from the University of Miami in Ohio, and my architectural training, all in one profession
Through the years, my business has evolved into a program, which has been extremely beneficial to my clients, in the respect that I have gained quite a bit of expertise in the following areas:
- 1) Having good business sense means knowing your markets well. Having grown up in the western suburbs and now raising my own family here, I have developed the technique to evaluate the areas, neighborhoods and school districts which I feel will best suit my clients style and needs.
2) Obtaining a registered builders license through the state of Minnesota has enable me to not only learn the codes and laws of new construction, but also keeps me informed of new trends in building materials, styles, upcoming developments and future construction needs.
3) The ultimate blend of my expertise in real estate and new construction is my remodeling company. I am able to advise my clients on which improvements will actually turn into investments in the long run through the use of the right plans, contractors and materials.
I feel these skills are quite an asset to my profession and to my clients.
