It was October, and we were hoping to be able to move before the beginning of the new year, which was an ambitious goal since the market had slowed, but Kim helped us make that happen. Kim explained what to expect throughout the entire selling process. We got one offer the first weekend, but we felt it was too low, and Kim supported our decision.
