When I first get a listing, I do all I can to get your property noticed.  First, I complete a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine your home's market value, combined with my community expertise, followed by my comprehensive marketing plan to sell your home.  This includes continuous local advertising, several, flyer's into neighborhoods of potential buyers, a brochure box and virtual tour.  Of course, your home is also added to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and linked to  several Internet sites so that thousands of agents and buyers are made aware that your home is for sale, additionally, I alert all of my colleagues.  I have a personal Web page and email - so now anyone, anywhere, anytime has easy access to me and your listing.  I may not sell your home but I will be the reason it sells!!!
