I was out walking on Andovers trail sytsem this past week and as I was walking by the entrance to Bunker Hills Regional Park, it struck me that this park has something for everyone!  Wouldn't it be nice to pitch a tent at the campground and not have to make the 3 hour drive up to the cabin?  The park includes 1600 acres in Andover and Coon Rapids.  Bunker Beach wave pool is a great retreat for these hot days of summer.  Kids of all ages enjoy swimming and the water slides.  Horseback riding or hayrides are available at Bunker Park Stables and excellant golfing is available at Bunker Hills Golf Course.  There are area's for picnics and an archery center.  All of the facilities are connected by a trail system for biking or hiking.  They even offer cross country skiing in the winter.  If you get a chance come and visit this beautiful park.
