 I just did a market search to see how many homes are for sale in the Elk River area for under $100,000.  I came up with 46; That is remarkable!  Do you realize that many renters are paying more per month than they would be paying to own their own homes? That along with the fact that all your interest on the loan is totally TAX deductable.  So why are so many people choosing to rent? There are many reasons, but many times people just don't know the facts. # 1) Most people think you need a lot of money down to buy a home-- that is NOT accurate. You can buy a home with nothing down . # 2) You can't get financing. Not true! There are a lot of ways to finance a home. # 3) Not a good time to buy. On the contray! It is the best time in the history of the US to buy a home. Don't wait , make a decision to own a home in 2012. You will NEVER regret it.
