The unfortunate thing about warmer spring weather is that rivers are on the rise. The good thing is that interest rates are on the decline. Rates around 4.5% are very common now. More properties are coming on the market, and there is great selection out there in every price range. I still have a sense that prices are stabilizing and the time is right now to purchase.
