Nothing quite like 103-degree temps to get our attention, eh?? I like to remind everyone about another warm weather hint: Service your air conditioner. If you have a whole house unit, take your hose and wash off all the dirt, grime and CottonWood seeds that have collected on the splines. Flushing them off will increase the efficiency of your air conditioner by 40%. If you  have window/wall units, take them out and wash off the splines, too. Or, have them serviced. Coolant levels need to be checked, as well as fittings. As for Interest Rates, the LO rates are prevailing still:)! 4.25% on FHA is very doable right now, so if you have thought about buying, now is your chance. In many cases the house payment can be less than rent, so check it out! There are some very, very good values on the market right now, so get busy!!
