Leading the way home!

The news is mixed. Pressure from foreclosures and short sales continue to drag home prices down; other indicators offer a glimmer of hope that we might be approaching a more balanced market. You’ve heard the old adage “All Real Estate is Local”? Some cities, neighborhoods and property types have weathered the economic storm better than others. If you are interested in keeping an eye on property for sale or sold in a given area I would be happy to set you up with automatic MLS updates delivered to you via e-mail with specific criteria mapped out.
