Simple Advertising has sponsored candidates in the Annual Hmong New Year Pageant during the Hmong New Year celebration held at the Xcel Energy Center in downtown St Paul in the past. Personal Background

Nancy Yang is originally from Wisconsin however grew up in the great City of St Paul. Nancy comes from a large family of 12 children and learned her work ethic from her hard-working single mother. She attended Johnson Senior High School which is located right on the lovely East Side of St Paul. Nancy is of Hmong descent, an ethnic South East Asian minority that heavily populates the Twin Cities metro area. She speaks English, Hmong, and Spanish.

Nancy has 6 years of real estate experience. She is an investment property owner herself and can help you get started investing on real estate as well! She can walk you through the many joys and pitfalls of real estate investing. Real estate has always run in her family. Nancy has many funny stories to tell of the hardwork and payoff involved in real estate investing.
