Our Team

OUR Team is a team of five full time and one part time realtors based in the Woodbury office of RE/MAX Results.  Three of the Realtors also hold WI Real Estate Licenses. One of our Agents specializes in Commercial transactions.  We serve homebuyer and seller needs in the Twin Cities Metro area and Western Wisconsin. Passionate about providing excellent and intelligent service, and are lead by designated ‘Super Agent’ Chuck Brooks.  The team has a very deep association with professionals in the areas of handyman services, painting and staining, home staging, carpet and flooring, landscaping, home inspections and mortgage origination.  This association allows us to provide exceptional service to our clients.

• Extensive experience working with short sale and forclosure situations.
• Property management including but not limited to; upkeep of landscaping, winterizing, locksmith services, handyman services, property oversight.  We facilitate or do what is needed!
• Property marketing with heavy emphasis on web marketing.  Each home will have it’s own web page.
• Input and maintain property listing in the regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
• Team professional services and processes currently manage 50 listings.
• Extensive experience working with relocation companies both with listing of transferee's homes and working with transferee buyers.

Chuck Brooks

I have been a professional Realtor since 1989 and the challenges and changes of this industry still excite me!  I have a very strong past customer base and am know as a “Listing Realtor”.  Naturally, the opportunity to be outstanding in listing REO properties has great appeal to me.  I see it as a combination of commercial and residential real estate in an entirely new way.  REO properties are a great opportunity for investor and first time home buyer alike and I’m expert in promoting a property to its best advantage.  I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), member of the Master Builders Society Institute (MBSI), an Accredited Relocation Specialist (ARA) and hold a Broker’s License.

David Libman

I have now been a full time agent for over 3 years.  I emphasize full time because this is my only job and I take it very seriously.  World class service for my customers is my expectation and goal.  As far as REO, I have learned a great deal in the past 2 years.  Having now successfully closed more than 10 bank owned foreclosure deals, I have a very solid understanding of what it takes to bring an REO transaction to close.  I consider myself a very competent real estate professional and consistently strive to build my business and knowledge base.  Listing and managing REO properties is the next logical step for my professional growth.
