OUR Team is a team of four full time and one part time realtors based in the Woodbury office of RE/MAX Results. Three of the Realtors also hold WI Real Estate Licenses. We serve homebuyer and seller needs in the Twin Cities Metro area and Western Wisconsin. Passionate about providing excellent and intelligent service, and are lead by designated ‘Super Agent’ Chuck Brooks. The team has a very deep association with professionals in the areas of handyman services, painting and staining, home staging, carpet and flooring, landscaping, home inspections and mortgage origination. I have been a professional Realtor since 1989 and the challenges and changes of this industry still excite me! I have a very strong past customer base and am know as a “Listing Realtor”. Naturally, the opportunity to be outstanding in listing REO properties has great appeal to me. I see it as a combination of commercial and residential real estate in an entirely new way. REO properties are a great opportunity for investor and first time home buyer alike and I’m expert in promoting a property to its best advantage.
