• No Mortgage Insurance
• Rate will be .75% higher than the MHFA/FHA rate (5.0% if current rate FHA rate is 4.25%)
• Homebuyer education required
• 680 minimum credit score
• 1 unit - owner occupied properties only
• Maximum debt ration is 45%
• Borrow income must be at or below $84,000 (1-4 persons)
• Maximum sale price $298,125
• HAF assistance and Home Help is not available with this product
• Non-occupant co-borrowers are not allowed
