Education

I have taken the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) course and feel this has helped me in listing Short Sales and assisting buyers who want to purchase a Short Sale home.  Every situation is different but the course of events are much the same.

When I first started my career in Real Estate my first listings and sales were Foreclosures.  I have many years of experience in this field and am not intimidated by this market, I welcome the challenge.

Each year I continue to take offered classes through the Realtor Association and/or our Broker.  I feel it is a good business practice to brush up on everyday rules and regulations as well as learn new laws and the current market wants and needs from buyers and sellers.

Every -2- years we must complete 30 hours of Continuing Education to keep our License current.  I find many of these classes teach me things I should know about my own home as well as being able to pass this knowledge on to others. 

Personal Interests

I enjoy doing pretty much everything, but the things that give me Goose Bumps are;

-Arabian Horses

-60'-70's Muscle Cars

-The Sound of a Harley

-Baby Animals

I also love to go antiquing with my Friends especially the Gold Rush in Rochester which I have frequented since the 70's.

Watching HG TV and the cooking channels are fun as well as trying the many different restraunts in and around the cities.  We went to Salut on France Ave a couple of weeks ago and the food and atmosphere were terrific! 

I am especially excited about this Summer 2011 as I am going to join a Ladies Golf League in the White Bear area.  I haven't golfed since we got married in 1995 so this should prove to be quite interesting.  I also look forward to biking with my fellow Realtors at Re/Max Results who get together for the fun of it.

 

Specialties

My first 6 years in Real Estate was spent mainly on listing and selling Foreclosures.  I have done 100's of bank appraisals (BPO's) in the northern suburbs and feel confident with the market in many areas.

I have assisted many first-time home buyers and love the fact that they can feel confident in me as their agent to find them that perfect home with the amenities, location and price range they are looking in.  

To date I have listed and sold townhomes, lake homes, farms and vacant land from Pine City north to Apple Valley south.  I currently have investors that I work with and the hunt for that perfect fixer-upper is a real high.

I feel the current market is good and worth pursuing.  The historically low interest rates, the huge inventory of homes for sale and the remarkable asking prices shouldn't pass you by.
