I'm Paul St. Andrew, a Realtor with the ReUrban Group.  I am also a lifelong Longfellow resident.  I love the Longfellow area, from Minnehaha Park with its 193 acres of trees, lawns and walking paths to the Lake Street shops and restruants.  Longfellow is a wonderful community full of good neighbors who take pride in their homes, and it shows.

We all know that over the past few years our home values have taken a significant dip.  Fortunately, for us in Longfellow, it hasn't been as bad as other parts of the metro area.  Year to date average home prices are holding steady from last year and the time a home is on the market has dropped from an average of 90 days to 77 days.  This is all happening with a 84% rise in housing inventory in Longfellow.  People are buying and selling homes in our neighborhood.
