The Farmington City Council’s latest 2012 budget plan is to redirect money to help pay down the levy to reduce anticipated property tax increases.

Property owners in District 196 will pay less tax if their home follow market trends.Residential property owners in District 196: Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan will finally get some tax relief next year.
