you may qualify for a Grant to help you cover the cost of moving to alternative housing.

Are you a Homeowner that is:

Facing foreclosure?
Potentially about to lose your home?
Decided to do a short sale?
About to move out of your home due to foreclosure?
If you are a homeowner in the 7-County Metro Area:
Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington Counties?

If you said Yes to any of the above, 

The maximum Grant amount is $2,500.
The Grant is awarded on first come first served base.

The GRANT can be used to pay for:
Moving expenses
Security deposit
Utilities (gas, electric, water)
Up to half of the monthly rent for the first 3 months
