RAMSEY NORTHSTAR STATION BREAKING GROUND SOON! GREAT NEWS FOR RAMSEY RESIDENTS!

The Ramsey Northstar Station will be breaking ground soon, following approval Jan. 26 of the construction contract by the Anoka County Regional Rail Authority.

Sheehy Construction provided the lowest bid out of eight companies.

It submitted a bid of $6,583,300 to construct the station platform, the pedestrian bridge over the BNSF (Burlington-Northern Santa Fe) Railroad tracks and the skyway connection to the municipal parking ramp.
