"Rob Davis tops the list of professional real estate agents. They do not come any better than Rob. Our move to Minnetonka was a corporate relocation for my husband. I went online to realtors.com and looked at properties in Eden Prairie and Minnetonka. I saw one of his listings that I wanted information on. I called and left a vm for Rob to return my call and within two hours I got a call back. He spent an extensive amount of time with me on the phone explaining the area, the market change and other aspects of the area. For a month, he sent me updated listings in the areas and stayed in contact via phone or email. Once we came to Minnetonka on our house-hunting trip, he was extremely helpful and showed us several houses and different options. Not once was he pushy or just interested in making a sale. His interest is in making his client feel comfortable through the process and being there for you. We purchased the house that Rob had listed.  It was perfect for us. We wanted to upgrade the house and Rob put us in contact with a contractor was very honest, did excellent work and his price was fair. Rob also helped with other moving issues and stayed connected with us throughout the entire move and kept us abreast of what was going on with the seller. Rob is also very well connected in the area and can put you in touch with whatever you need regarding your purchase and follows up with everything.

Corporate moves are a challenge at best, however having someone like Rob on your side makes it easier. Without hesitation, I would recommend Rob to anyone who is buying or selling a house. I am hopeful that corporate relocation companies read this review, because he is everything you need in a realtor, especially if you are relocating to an area that you are unsure about.
