In this wonderful market of ours, there is an alternative to selling...RENTING!! You may want to check with your local municipality and ask if they require a rental license or inspection by a city official. They do this to make sure all safety issues are met and advise of any needed repairs.
We would love to come out to your home and take a tour to come up with the rental amount. Once we establish your rental amount, we will be able to advertise and get people coming through the home within days. Then we will screen those potential renters to make sure they fit into your home and that you agree.
We collect all rents, security and damage deposits, handle maintenance issues, have direct deposits for owners and auto withdraw for rent payments. We take all telephone calls and keep in touch with you the owner as needed. You can be assured that your home will be taken care of as if you were still there.
We will send you monthly statements including any receipts from costs that may have occured. You will be notified immediately of any emergency situation that may arise.
