Karen obtained her real estate license in 1993 and has worked as a full time Realtor ever since that time. She earned her GRI designation, became a Relocation Specialist and is knowledgeable in working with distressed properties, i.e., foreclosures and short sales. By putting the focus on her clients and their needs Karen has been able to build a large satisfied customer base, many of whom have become personal friends at the end of the home buying or selling process. Keeping abreast of the many changes in the real estate market by constantly participating in continuing education Karen is able to professionally guide buyers and sellers through the complicated process, and make the transactions easy and fun for her clients.
Family is very important to Karen, she is married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Work and family balance is always a challenge and the home buying and selling process can be stressful. Karen's goal is to make it as smooth and easy as possible by working behind the scenes to coordinate all aspects of the transaction with little hassle for the client.
