I purchased a house in 2009 using Ryan Dybevik as my agent. In my experience with Realtors I’ve found them pretty much like vanilla, i.e. nice but bland. Ryan was a different. He treated me as if I was his only client. I never felt rushed in choosing a home. Believe me I’m not an easy customer to deal with, probably my age has something to do with that.
