My husband and I put our house on the market in Inver Grove Heights in the spring/early summer of 2007. Sandy was highly recommended to us by a co-worker of mine, who worked with Sandy on the sale of their townhouse. When we first met Sandy we were impressed by her. She was friendly and very thorough. She also helped us to thoughtfully look at the market when pricing our home. She helped us stage our home and make it look its best when we placed it on the market. We had multiple offers over the course of the summer (some were serious offers and others were not) and Sandy helped us make decisions when they came in, but she never pressured us. She worked with us and was always honest with us. Sandy paid attention to all the details, like making sure we always had brochures for our yard sign, always being on time and always promptly responding to phone calls.

We worked with Sandy Cleland last year to sell our townhouse in Apple Valley and purchase a new home in Roseville. We met with Sandy a few times before listing, and Sandy always had detailed information about the market to share with us. At our first meeting, Sandy advised us on what repairs and updates needed to be done before listing the home. She also gave us a list of recommended contractors to help with the work. With Sandy’s list, we chose a carpet cleaner, and cleaning person, and a painter/handyman (Bruce, Sandy’s husband).
In order to help with our pricing strategy, Sandy took us to preview similar homes in our complex.
Throughout the process, Sandy kept us updated with market information and feedback from showings.
An offer on our house came in the day before the tax credit expired! After that, we quickly purchased our new home and made moving plans.
