New Home Construction rose 7.2% in March

As quoted in the Washington Post. New construction of single family homes make up 80% of all home construction. Although new home construction fell in most areas of the U.S. it did increase in the Midwest by 32%. New home construction can provide 3 jobs for a year and generate up to $90,000 in taxes.
