SALES STATS AND INVERTORY

Lets take a look at closing stats from January 2010-January 2011.

Closed transactions in Minnesota were up 10.6% over last year. Slightly higher at 10.8% for TwinCities Metro area.

Statewide inventory levels are down.  There are 19.4% fewer homes on the market in January 2011 than last year.
