Great community event this weekend at Lake Calhoun- Autism 5K walk May 21st

The Autism 5K is a Run / Walk to support families affected by Autism. May 21st, 2011 at Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis, MN - open to all. Support the familes and friends affected by Autism. Walk/Run, Cheer on, or just keep them in your thoughts this weekend and every weekend.

Please join the Dala Business Women for 'Girls Night Out" @ 5 P.M. on March 28th, 2011 5pm at Freddie's Pine room located on Hwy 65 in Mora,Mn. Tickets are $20 at the door.

Dala Business Women will be hosting a dinner and silent auction. Proceeds will go to Family Pathways, A childrens mentoring program and the Refuge, a safe house for abused women and children.There will also be a food drive collection food for local food shelf.

SALES STATS AND INVERTORY

Lets take a look at closing stats from January 2010-January 2011.

Closed transactions in Minnesota were up 10.6% over last year. Slightly higher at 10.8% for TwinCities Metro area.

Statewide inventory levels are down. There are 19.4% fewer homes on the market in January 2011 than last year.
