Just want you all to know that if any agent is selling auction properties that are currently zoned agricultural - there is a MN STATUTE that has to be abided too - it is MN STATUTE 500.245 that reads if a property zoned agricultural and is sold at auction...there is a 65 day right of refusal that the previous owner HAS to receive a letter, offering them to buy back the property at the highest bid auction ...
