Just want you all to know that if any agent is selling auction properties that are currently zoned agricultural - there is a MN STATUTE that has to be abided too - it is MN STATUTE 500.245 that reads if a property zoned agricultural and is sold at auction...there is a 65 day right of refusal that the previous owner HAS to receive a letter, offering them to buy back the property at the highest bid auction price.  If said letter is not sent or the law is not followed you can not close on the property.   If you do close - it has been closed illegally.  I do know of properties that have closed and sold and the law was not followed.  Just a need to know!!!
