Meet the Team!

Lindy Laqua, Office Manager: Since completing her degree in visual communications in '02 & obtaining her Real Estate license,  Lindy has been a vital component between the real estate & construction businesses.  She manages the day-to-day operations of the office, transactions, and brings her expertise in graphic design to all marketing aspects of the business.

 

Joe Iverson, Results Support Services & Vice President of Iverson Homes Inc:  Joe, their son, joined us after graduating from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Business Management.  He has integrated himself between the sales division as a licensed real estate agent, and the building firm with his hands on involvement in Iverson Homes Inc. 

 

Tim Iverson, President of Iverson Homes Inc: Tim started Iverson Homes Inc. in 1980 with the goal of providing quality custom single family homes.  The integrity of their service and product has remained the forefront of Iverson Homes Inc. success.

  Doug Iverson, Project Manager of Iverson Homes Inc:  Doug, Tim's brother, brings excellence with 30 years in the remodeling industry.  He heads up the remodeling division as well as maintains the customer service end for our new construction clients.
